How they compare
Tradervue is the incumbent. It appears in 9 of the 11 independent best-journal round-ups we checked, more than any other tool, and its home page claims 207,623 traders. It is owned by SureSwift Capital. You import your executed trades, tag them, and review your performance with notes, charts and shared journals. For stocks, options and futures, it is the safest choice on the market and nothing below is meant to suggest otherwise. It has two gaps that matter if you trade crypto or if behaviour is your problem. First, cryptocurrency does not appear anywhere on their site: the supported markets are stocks, options, futures and forex. Second, there is no named psychology, emotion, mistake-tracking or discipline feature. You can use the notes and tags to build that yourself, and disciplined traders do, but the product does not do it for you. By contrast Edgewonk sells a Psychology Lab and TradeZella sells tilt detection, so this is a choice Tradervue has made, not an oversight. Indikora sits in that second gap and adds the first. It is crypto-first, it profiles your behaviour across five dimensions automatically, and its coaching fires before the trade rather than during the weekend review. The honest trade-off is maturity: Tradervue has been journaling trades for over a decade with hundreds of thousands of users, and Indikora is in beta with far fewer broker integrations. If you trade US equities and want the proven tool, take Tradervue. If you trade crypto and keep making the same mistake, Tradervue will not tell you and Indikora is built to.

Which should you pick?
Pick Indikora if…
You trade cryptocurrency, which Tradervue does not support at all. Or you already know your analysis is not the problem: you revenge-trade after a loss, you size up when you are behind, you enter late on a move because you cannot stand missing it. Tradervue will faithfully record all of that and say nothing about it. Indikora is built to name the pattern and interrupt it before the next one. You also want the interface in a language other than English.
Pick Tradervue if…
You trade US stocks, options or futures and want the tool with the longest track record and the widest broker support. You want something that has been stable for over a decade and is used by hundreds of thousands of traders, not something in beta. You are disciplined enough to run your own psychology review using notes and tags, and you do not need software to do it for you. This is a completely reasonable choice and for most equities traders it is the right one.
Tradervue is the better product today for equities and futures traders, and we are not going to pretend otherwise: it is more mature, more integrated and more proven than Indikora. The two reasons to choose Indikora instead are narrow and specific. First, if you trade crypto, Tradervue does not support it. Second, if your losses come from behaviour rather than analysis, Tradervue has no feature that addresses that and Indikora is built around it. Outside those two cases, take Tradervue.
FAQ
Does Tradervue support crypto?
No. As of August 2026 there is no mention of cryptocurrency anywhere on tradervue.com. The supported markets are stocks, options, futures and forex. If you trade crypto and want a journal with named exchange integrations, TradesViz and TraderSync both support it, and Indikora is crypto-first.
How much does Tradervue cost?
Tradervue has a free tier, Silver at $29.95 per month and Gold at $49.95 per month. Gold is marked as most popular and adds trade-exit performance analysis, max-potential P&L analysis and 5 GB of image storage against Silver's 1 GB. No annual pricing is shown on their pricing page. Indikora is free during beta and $19 per month for Pro afterwards.
What is Tradervue's free plan limit?
Their own documentation contradicts itself. Their quota help page says free users are limited to importing 30 trades per calendar month; their FAQ page refers to a 100 trades per month limit for free users. Check with Tradervue directly before relying on either number.
Does Tradervue have trading psychology features?
Not as named features. Tradervue offers notes and tags that a disciplined trader can use to build a psychology review manually, but there is no emotion tracking, mistake library, tilt detection or discipline scoring marketed on the site. Among the major journals, Edgewonk sells a Psychology Lab and TradeZella markets behaviour and tilt detection through its Sentiment Agent.
Is Indikora a replacement for Tradervue?
For equities and futures traders, no. Tradervue is more mature, has far more broker integrations and a much larger user base. Indikora is a replacement only if you trade crypto, which Tradervue does not cover, or if you specifically want behavioural coaching that fires before the trade rather than a record you review afterwards. Some traders run both.
Who owns Tradervue?
The copyright notice on tradervue.com names SureSwift Capital, Inc. Tradervue does not state a founding year anywhere we could find on its own site.
